The view is of the Marina Bay and the hotel you see is the newest in Singapore – the Marina Bay Sands, it’s an integrated resort with a casino, exhibition center, an ice skating rink (wtf), shops, a theatre that will be home to the Lion King. The government is making the actual bay a freshwater source. The things a small, rich country can think of… Beyond is the ocean where all the commercial ships are parked.
